General QA Engineer

About the Role
We're looking for someone who enjoys improving processes, identifying risks early, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and contributing to both manual and automated testing.
We're looking for someone who passionate about building Quality.
What You'll Do
- Perform functional, regression, exploratory, integration testing
- Test new features across web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain test documentation (test cases, checklists, bug reports)
- Validate APIs using Postman
- Investigate issues using logs, databases, and debugging tools
- Participate in release verification and production testing
- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers throughout the development lifecycle
- Develop and maintain end-to-end tests using Playwright and TypeScript
- Continuously improve QA processes, testing strategy, and quality standards
- Proactively identify product risks and suggest improvements
- Contribute ideas that improve team efficiency and product quality
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing types, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience testing modern web and mobile applications
- Strong API testing skills using Postman
- Experience writing and maintaining test documentation
- Good understanding of SQL and data validation
- Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience investigating issues using logs, monitoring, and debugging tools
- Experience writing or maintaining automated tests using Playwright+TypeScript
- English level: Intermediate (B1) or higher
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a product company
- Experience testing healthcare or telehealth products
- Experience working with microservices
- Experience with Swagger/OpenAPI and Charles Proxy
- Experience improving test automation or CI/CD processes
- Experience validating analytics events using tools such as Amplitude or Google Analytics
- Experience working with AI-assisted development and testing tools
