SMM Manager (Senior)
Requirements
⁃ At least 3 years of experience in SMM (Gaming, IT, Marketing preferably);
⁃ Strong copywriting skills in English (B2+);
⁃ Proficiency in working with SMM analytical tools;
⁃ High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail;
⁃ Strong visual awareness, knowledge of current trends and tools in social media, and the ability to easily navigate and track content trends;
⁃ Excellent communication skills and a willingness to work in a team;
⁃ Deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement mechanics;
⁃ Ability to develop strategies and independently manage projects.
Will be plus
⁃ Experience in mobile shooting and creating native content (stories, reels, TikTok).
⁃ Experience in launching advertising campaigns on social media
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a social media content plan aligned with the SMM strategy and overall marketing goals;
- Create and manage content, including expert-level texts that highlight product and industry knowledge;
- Adapt content to suit the specifics of each platform and target audience;
- Track and analyze SMM metrics, competitor data, and ad campaign effectiveness to optimize performance;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, PR, marketing) to create cohesive content;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SMM trends, news, and best practices, particularly those relevant to the iGaming industry;
- Deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that showcase achieved KPIs.
