About the product

 

We are building an AI Companion platform that enables users to create and interact with personalized AI characters through immersive conversations and storytelling. The product is intended for an adult audience.

Our product has already reached the market, generates recurring revenue, and has validated early traction. We are now preparing for the next stage of growth and fundraising.


About the role
 

We are looking for a Product Manager who is ready to take ownership of the product, shape its future and grow alongside the company, with the opportunity to become a Product Co-founder.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role where you'll work directly with the founders, make strategic product decisions, validate ideas, prioritize development, and help prepare the company for fundraising and scaling.

Responsibilities

 

• Own the product vision and roadmap
• Shape product strategy together with the founders
• Drive product discovery and prioritize opportunities
• Analyze user behavior and product metrics
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design
• Run experiments and validate hypotheses
• Improve activation, retention, and monetization
• Prepare the product for scaling
• Support fundraising and investor readiness
  
  
  We're looking for someone who
  
   
• Has 3+ years of Product Management experience
• Has worked on consumer digital products
• Has startup experience (0→1 or early-stage products)
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset and enjoys taking ownership beyond feature delivery.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment with a high level of ownership.
• Understands product metrics and growth

• Is excited about building and shaping a product from an early stage.

• Experience building AI-powered consumer products
• Experience with subscription-based or B2C business models
• Growth Product Management experience

• Previous experience in a fast-growing product company with a strong experimentation and data-driven culture
