Marketing Analytics Intern

Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Marketing Analytics Intern for a full-time remote position (40 hours per week) in Ukraine.

Our client is a workforce management and payroll solutions provider that enables organizations to hire, manage, and pay employees worldwide.

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Analytics Intern to support the Website and Marketing Analytics Team, working directly with the Marketing Performance Manager. Your insights will help inform strategic decisions across paid media, website performance, and marketing attribution. This role is ideal for individuals seeking to develop their skills in marketing data platforms, such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas (vlookup, IF statement, etc.), tables, pivot tables, conditional formatting)
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Be comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude and willingness to learn and ask questions.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4.
• Basic understanding of digital B2B marketing concepts (leads, opportunities, UTM parameters, conversion metrics)
• Experience with Salesforce, Pardot (Account Engagement).

Responsibilities:

• Assist with data hygiene and quality checks across marketing reports.
• Clean and transform raw data from platforms like Google Analytics and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain automated dashboards and pivot-based reports in Excel.
• Support the creation of weekly/monthly performance summaries.
• Help QA campaign tagging (e.g., UTMs) and monitor data accuracy.
• Track and analyze website and campaign performance metrics.
• Document recurring processes and contribute to the analytics standard operating procedures.
• Create slides and visualizations for stakeholder presentations.
