We are looking for a systemic Recruitment Lead who shares our mindset, to elevate our hiring standards, embed AI into daily recruiting workflows, and partner with hiring managers as an equal.

 

๐Ÿงฒ Responsibilities

Process and team management

  • Run recruitment as a system: improve team standards from intake to offer, unified evaluation criteria, role profile templates, and rules of engagement with hiring managers.
  • Coordinate the recruiting team: distribute roles based on business priorities and workload, enforce timelines 
  • Develop the team: mentor recruiters, give feedback on assessment quality and communication, run calibration sessions, keep a consistent professional level across the team.
  • Own recruiting analytics: track and analyze TTH, TTF, funnel conversion, offer acceptance rate, quality of hire, and channel effectiveness. Deliver leadership reporting with conclusions and data-driven recommendations.
  • Embed AI into the recruiting process
  • Develop and diversify sourcing channel

 

Hands-on recruiting

  • Run full-cycle hiring on assigned roles: take and clarify the intake from the hiring manager, co-create the candidate profile, launch and drive the vacancy to offer.
  • Active sourcing: LinkedIn, Djinni, Boolean search, X-ray, professional communities, referrals. Non-standard sourcing tools where relevant.
  • Interview and assess candidates: run screenings, apply biographical, competency-based, and case-based methodologies, evaluate hard and soft skills against the role.
  • Deliver structured feedback to the business: fact-based candidate summaries, argued recommendations, comparative analysis across the funnel.
  • Partner with hiring managers at every stage: regular syncs, aligned assessment steps, managed expectations on timelines and candidate quality.

 

๐Ÿงฒ Requirements

  • 4+ years in recruitment with focus on IT/Digital roles.
  • Experience coordinating recruiters, mentoring, or building and optimizing hiring processes.
  • Strong direct sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, Djinni, Boolean search, X-ray, professional communities, referrals. Proactive approach, not waiting for inbound.
  • Solid command of interview methodologies: biographical, competency-based, case-based, projective. Ability to structure the conversation and test hypotheses through concrete candidate examples.
  • Hands-on with recruiting analytics: TTH, TTF, funnel conversion, channel effectiveness, quality of hire. 
  • Experience with ATS platforms (PeopleForce preferred), sourcing tools, and automation of routine processes.
  • Systemic integration of AI in recruiting: sourcing, resume analysis, question preparation, feedback structuring. Not just casual ChatGPT usage but embedded workflow.
  • Stakeholder management: partnership communication, managed expectations, ability to hold the process framework under pressure.
  • English B2 or higher.

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in iGaming  product companies.
