We're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to own the top of our outbound funnel. Simply put: you'll make sure the right prospects keep flowing in, built on clean data and smart targeting.

EducateMe is an LMS built for US-based companies that take employee training seriously. Our customers use EducateMe to onboard new hires, upskill teams, and run compliance programs. But before any of that, someone has to find the right companies and the right people inside them - and get them into our pipeline. That's you.

 

Zero bullshit policy, no bureaucracy, no multilevel managers. It's a small team where your work is visible, your ideas actually land, and there's a lot of room to grow as we do.

Some of the challenges you'll help us master:

  • Building clean, verified, well-targeted lead lists that feed our campaigns
  • Finding and qualifying the right companies, then the right people inside them
  • Hunting down leads who already show they care about the problem - hiring activity, events, online engagement
  • Testing new niches and segments, so we're always finding fresh pockets of demand
  • Keeping our data clean - good leads in, bad rows out, deliverability protected
  • Working closely with the outbound owner to sharpen targeting based on what's actually converting
     

Requirements

  • 1-2 years+ in lead generation, sales development, or research (ideally B2B SaaS)
  • You've built B2B lead lists before and know what a good one looks like
  • Comfortable with the outbound stack - enrichment and data tools (e.g. Clay), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach tools (e.g. Instantly), email verification
  • Detail-oriented - clean data matters to you, and you catch the bad rows before they cost us
  • Organized - you can juggle several lists, segments, and experiments at once
  • Self-directed - you get context and goals, not a script for every situation. You figure it out and move

     

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience targeting US B2B markets
  • Familiarity with the corporate, HR tech, or LMS space
  • A good eye for buying signals - hiring, funding, expansion, job changes
  • Experience automating processes with AI
  • Experience working in startups
