Regional Manager - Philippines

AFF1 is an international performance marketing company specializing in the Nutra vertical. As part of our global expansion, we are launching a new branch and warehouse in the Philippines to support our growing operations in the region.

We are looking for a Regional Manager based in the Philippines who will take ownership of our local operations, coordinate the branch and warehouse activities, represent the company on the ground, and ensure that all regional processes run smoothly.

Requirements

• Currently based in the Philippines (required).
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
• Previous experience in management, business development, sales, operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Experience in our industry is not required — we value transferable experience in similar responsibilities.
• Strong sense of ownership, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive, reliable, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Represent AFF1 in the Philippines and act as the main local point of contact.
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the local branch and warehouse.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, clients, suppliers, and service providers.
• Support the launch and ongoing development of our regional operations.
• Identify new business opportunities, establish partnerships, and expand the local network.
• Coordinate local operational processes and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Ensure agreements, commitments, and regional tasks are executed effectively.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain close communication with the management team.
