We are looking for a Ad Operations specialist to join our team!
Requirements:
- Experience in Media Buying, Ad Operations, Account Management, or a related operational role within the digital advertising industry
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads ecosystems and their operational workflows
- Understanding of the advertising account lifecycle, including account limits, restrictions, bans, replacements, account health, and risk management
- Ability to work confidently with spreadsheets, operational data, and reporting systems
- Ability to manage multiple operational tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when handling account-related and financial data
- Basic understanding of advertising infrastructure and campaign launch processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational challenges

- Experience working with Agency Accounts
- Experience working within Media Buying teams
- Experience interacting with advertising account providers
- Understanding of account farming processes and supporting infrastructure
- Knowledge of Meta and Google platform policies, restrictions, and anti-fraud systems
- Experience working with CRM systems, dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting platforms
- Understanding of top-up processes, billing, spend tracking, and account management workflows
Responsibilities:
1. Operational Support of Advertising Accounts
Manage and support advertising accounts across Meta and Google platforms throughout their full lifecycle. Monitor account statuses, spending limits, restrictions, bans, replacements, and overall operational stability. Coordinate account issuance, maintain account availability for clients, and ensure the timely resolution of infrastructure-related issues affecting advertising activity.
2. Client Communication and Operational Support
Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients. Support clients with account-related requests, top-ups, replacements, account availability, troubleshooting, and day-to-day operational matters. Ensure smooth communication between clients, providers, and internal teams while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness.
3. Provider Interaction and Account Coordination
Coordinate with advertising account providers regarding account allocation, replacements, limits, account quality, operational incidents, and ongoing maintenance. Build and maintain effective provider relationships to ensure stable account supply, fast issue resolution, and continuity of client operations.
4. Monitoring of Operational and Financial Processes
Maintain accurate records related to advertising account activity, including top-ups, balances, spending activity, withdrawals, and account utilization. Support internal reporting processes and ensure data accuracy across spreadsheets, dashboards, tracking systems, and operational financial records.
5. Media Buying Ecosystem Support
Provide operational support related to media buying workflows and advertising infrastructure. Assist clients and internal teams with account-related questions, platform restrictions, operational risks, account health, and advertising execution processes across Meta and Google ecosystems.
6. Internal Process Optimization
Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the development of scalable internal processes related to advertising account management, provider coordination, reporting systems, and client operations. Participate in ongoing improvements of operational workflows and infrastructure.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Business Development, Operations, Finance, Product, Support, and external partners on matters related to advertising account operations and client infrastructure. Coordinate operational initiatives, resolve cross-functional issues, and support continuous improvements across teams.
