The Role

We're looking for a Head of Content who can build and lead a scalable content production system for Tier-1 markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia).

This is not a traditional creative leadership role focused only on ideas and content calendars.

Your mission is to transform content production into a predictable, high-performing operational system that consistently generates organic reach across major social platforms.

You'll work at the intersection of content strategy, production operations, audience psychology, and performance analytics—building workflows that allow creative teams to move fast while continuously improving content quality and distribution performance.

What You Will Do

Content Operations

Build and optimize the entire content production pipeline—from research and creative briefs to filming, editing, quality assurance, and handoff to the distribution team.

Create clear production workflows, ownership, and SLAs across every stage of the content lifecycle.

Continuously improve operational efficiency as production volume grows.

 

Content Strategy

Develop content frameworks tailored to Tier-1 audiences.

Translate platform trends, audience behavior, and performance insights into actionable creative briefs.

Ensure content is designed to maximize engagement, retention, and organic distribution.

 

Production Management

Coordinate collaboration between scriptwriters, creators, video editors, designers, and other creative contributors.

Establish structured filming requirements and content standards for talent.

Improve production consistency while maintaining creative quality.

 

Performance Optimization

Monitor key performance metrics, including:

  • Hook Rate
  • Watch Time
  • Audience Retention
  • CTR
  • Engagement
  • Shares

Work closely with the distribution team to analyze results, validate hypotheses, and continuously improve future content.

Use data—not assumptions—to guide creative decisions.

 

Content Scaling

Develop scalable approaches to content production through reusable formats, localization, AI-assisted workflows, and efficient repurposing strategies.

Increase output while maintaining platform quality standards and production efficiency.

 

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems as much as creating content.

 

You probably have:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Head of Content, Content Operations Lead, Senior Content Manager, or similar leadership role
  • experience managing high-volume content production for international or Tier-1 audiences
  • deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X algorithms
  • strong knowledge of audience psychology, retention mechanics, and viral content patterns
  • experience building production processes, SOPs, and scalable operational workflows
  • experience leading cross-functional creative teams
  • strong analytical mindset—you naturally connect creative decisions with performance metrics
  • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in creator economy, media companies, or digital publishing
  • Experience implementing AI tools into content production workflows
  • Experience with localization and multi-market content strategies
  • Understanding of performance-driven organic distribution
  • Background in growth marketing or audience development
