About the Project
You will join a long-term project in the promotional products / drop-shipment domain.
The client receives product data from 50+ suppliers in different formats and is now modernizing its data platform. The main goal is to automate supplier data transformation, improve data quality, migrate from the existing Talend ETL tool, and build a scalable GCP-based framework that will serve as a single source of truth for clean product data.
Requirements
- Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Data Engineer
- 1+ year of experience with GCP
- Upper-Intermediate+ English level
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated data pipelines for supplier product feeds
- Normalize different supplier formats into a unified data structure
- Implement data validation, quality checks, and supplier-facing data quality reports
- Store transformed data versions and deliver clean data to internal systems
- Migrate existing Talend ETL workflows to the new GCP-based data stack
- Set up reusable pipeline frameworks for future supplier integrations
- Work with Python, BigQuery, Dataform, Cloud Composer, Terraform, and related GCP tools
