Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of VIP players and serve as their main point of contact across phone, chat, email, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships through proactive and personalized communication.
  • Drive VIP retention and reactivate inactive high-value players.
  • Monitor player activity and identify retention opportunities and potential risks.
  • Develop personalized bonuses, rewards, and exclusive offers to maximize engagement and lifetime value.
  • Collaborate with CRM and Marketing teams on VIP campaigns and loyalty initiatives.
  • Resolve player requests and complaints with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Track VIP performance and prepare regular reports.
  • Contribute ideas to improve VIP processes and customer experience.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in iGaming within VIP Management, Retention, or Player Support.
  • Strong understanding of VIP player lifecycle and retention strategies.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and customer segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive approach with confidence in outbound communication.
  • KPI-driven mindset.
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations.
  • Experience with Tier-1 markets is considered an advantage.
  • Fluent French (C1/C2 or native level) is mandatory.
  • English at Intermediate level or above.
