About the Role

This is a Junior Client Success position designed for growth. You will NOT be responsible for sales or acquiring new clients. Instead, your core mission is to assist in managing existing clients, handle project reporting, and learn how to ensure stable, high-quality delivery.

You will work closely with senior team members, acting as an operational bridge between international clients and our internal production teams while rapidly developing your account management skills.


In this role, you will:

  • Assist in client management: Support Client Success Managers in day-to-day communication and relationship maintenance with existing international clients.
  • Handle reporting & documentation: Prepare and maintain project delivery reports, update internal CRM pipelines, and keep Excel/Google tracking sheets accurate.
  • Learn client communication: Develop professional written and verbal communication skills by participating in real-life client cases under mentorship.
  • Master problem-solving: Learn how to identify delivery blockers, navigate challenging client requests, and find solutions for complex account cases.
  • Coordinate tasks: Translate client requirements into clear tasks for our SEO and production teams, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Align priorities: Participate in and run internal syncs to keep teams aligned on project goals.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 6+ months of experience in Account Management, Project Management, Customer Support, or Client Delivery (agency or internship experience is a strong plus).
  • English: Intermediate (B1) or higher confident written English 
  • Strong Organizational Skills: attention to detail, a structured mindset, and the ability to handle data without losing track of details.
  • Data & Tech Literacy: Knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel 
  • CRM & Tools: Experience or understanding of how CRM systems work 
  • Eagerness to Learn: A proactive attitude, open to feedback, and highly motivated to master client success and problem-solving.
     

Nice to Have:

  • Basic understanding of SEO practices and link-building terminology 
    (we will teach you, but a head start is awesome!).
  • Background or interest in fast-evolving industries like Fintech, SaaS, iGaming, or Crypto.
