What will you do?
โ Manage HR processes: onboarding, probation periods, development plans, 1:1 meetings, and offboarding
โ Handle HR documentation and personnel records
โ Coordinate L&D and benefits initiatives
โ Closely collaborate with service departments โ Recruiting, Finance, Legal, and System Administration
โ Support employees in difficult situations and work on resolving complex cases
โ Conduct and oversee Probation and Performance Reviews
โ Work with HR analytics and propose initiatives
โ Actively participate in developing and implementing new HR processes in the company
What do we expect from you?
โ 1+ year of HR experience in the IT sector (especially great if in product companies with teams of 100+ people)
โ Systematic thinking, attention to detail, independence, and responsibility as your core traits
โ Logical and analytical approaches to task execution
โ Openness, respect, and the ability to work in a team
โ Willingness to build and improve HR processes โ from idea to implementation
โ Openness to various tasks and adaptability to change
โ English level not lower than B2 (we have English-speaking employees)
