Project Operations Manager
Join Riddick's Partners as a Project Operations Manager and work side by side with our CEO.
You'll play a key role in coordinating strategic initiatives, driving operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and leveraging AI to make the business more efficient. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves bringing structure to complex operations.
This isn't a traditional Project Manager position focused only on planning and reporting. We're looking for someone who can independently organize work, transform ideas into structured execution plans, coordinate multiple stakeholders, optimize business processes, and continuously improve operational efficiency using modern AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Capture and structure action items, decisions, and ideas from meetings, chats, voice messages, and discussions.
- Transform high-level requests into well-defined tasks with clear objectives, priorities, owners, deadlines, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure smooth execution across teams.
- Monitor deadlines, proactively identify blockers and operational risks, and resolve issues before they impact delivery.
- Maintain project management systems and ensure all project information is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare concise operational reports and executive summaries for the CEO.
- Conduct research on products, competitors, markets, tools, business opportunities, and operational solutions.
- Identify inefficiencies and continuously improve internal processes.
- Leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, streamline workflows, improve documentation, and increase team productivity.
- Create and maintain documentation, SOPs, templates, and internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure successful execution of business initiatives.
Requirements - 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, Project Operations Manager, Operations Specialist, Business Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role related to project coordination and business operations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent task decomposition, prioritization, and execution management skills.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and parallel projects.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of operational processes.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to optimize workflows, automate routine processes, prepare documentation, analyze information, and improve operational efficiency.
English at a level sufficient to work with documentation, AI tools, and international services.
Nice to have- Experience in iGaming, Affiliate Marketing, Traffic Acquisition, Digital Marketing, or IT.
- Experience creating AI agents, designing advanced prompts, building AI workflows, or implementing AI-powered automations.
- Experience with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, or similar project management platforms.
- Experience with Make, n8n, Zapier, or other workflow automation tools.
- Understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms.
Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript.
