We invite a proactive Learning & Development Specialist with a strong foundation in learning methodology and project management to join our Program Education Team at Dev.Pro. In this role, you’ll own small-to-medium L&D projects from discovery to delivery, turning business needs into effective solutions. You’ll partner with stakeholders and SMEs to design impactful learning initiatives that support business outcomes and learner development.

βœ… Is that you?

β€’ 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Corporate Education
β€’ Strong expertise in learning methodology, instructional design, and Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
β€’ Working knowledge of learning frameworks such as Bloom's Taxonomy and Kolb's Learning Cycle
β€’ Experience managing learning projects from discovery through implementation
β€’ Strong project management skills, including planning, task decomposition, estimation, and prioritization
β€’ Experience gathering requirements and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders 
β€’ Experience working with SMEs to transform expertise into effective learning content
β€’ Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
β€’ Excellent documentation and organizational skills with a strong focus on visibility and transparency
β€’ Ability to work independently, take ownership, and adapt to different stakeholders and communication styles
β€’ Curiosity and a proactive learning mindset
β€’ Upper-Intermediate English level with strong verbal and written communication skills
β€’ Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and practical experience using AI productivity tools

 

Desirable:

β€’ Experience in the IT industry or a fast-paced tech-driven environment 
β€’ Experience evaluating external service vendors, SMEs, and training providers 
β€’ Experience working with learning budgets, contracts, and vendor-related processes

 

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution 

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, design learning solutions, and deliver end-to-end learning projects. 

β€’ Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and define clear objectives 
β€’ Conduct TNA through stakeholder and SME interviews, translating requests into structured learning solutions 
β€’ Align stakeholders on scope, expectations, and success criteria during discovery 
β€’ Design MVP concepts and educational programs using instructional design principles and learning frameworks
β€’ Collaborate with SMEs and experts to extract, validate, and structure knowledge into learning content and assets
β€’ Lead end-to-end delivery of small/medium learning projects, managing planning, priorities, timelines, and stakeholder alignment 
β€’ Work with internal teams and external vendors, including provider evaluation and operational coordination, to support learning delivery
β€’ Gather feedback and evaluate learning effectiveness to improve learning solutions and outcomes
β€’ Continuously improve learning design by researching and applying new tools, methodologies, and AI capabilities
