What you'll do
Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
Support affiliates throughout the campaign lifecycle.
Collaborate closely with the Affiliate and Advertising teams.
Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
Monitor key metrics and contribute to achieving business goals.
Prepare reports and communicate campaign updates to management.

What we're looking for
Fluent Ukrainian and English Intermediate or higher.
Basic understanding of tracking systems and S2S postbacks.
Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and performance metrics.
Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing or Account Management is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
