REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of commercial experience as a Game Mathematician or in a similar role within the online gambling industry;
- Strong understanding of various slot mechanics and game design principles;
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve even minor errors in mathematical models;
- Proven ability to solve abstract and highly complex mathematical problems;
- Data-driven and analytical approach to decision-making;
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborative environments;
B1+ English level.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and refine engaging slot math models and mechanics in collaboration with the Product Team;
- Develop server-side implementations for testing and game integration;
- Run simulations to validate math models and benchmark against portfolio targets;
- Conduct competitive analysis to extract valuable insights;
- Assess risk and calculate win probabilities for player investigations;
- Rapidly prototype mechanics to test and validate ideas;
- Participate in the full game development lifecycle;
- Collaborate with developers, providing clear math specifications.
