Head of Affiliates (LATAM) Offline
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and build the affiliate function for its expansion into the LATAM market.
The company is launching a regulated online sportsbook and casino operation and is assembling an international team to drive sustainable player acquisition across Latin America. This is an opportunity to build the affiliate program from the ground up and become a key contributor to the company’s growth strategy.
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Affiliates who understands how to build a high-performing affiliate channel from scratch.
This role goes far beyond managing affiliate partners. You will be responsible for developing the affiliate strategy, acquiring and growing strategic partners, optimizing CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals, ensuring traffic quality, and scaling one of the company’s most important acquisition channels across LATAM.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead the affiliate program for the LATAM market from the ground up.
- Develop the affiliate acquisition strategy by country, traffic source, and partner type.
- Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, webmasters, media buyers, influencer networks, SEO partners, PPC affiliates, and performance agencies.
- Build and manage CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and custom commercial agreements.
- Monitor partner performance based on FTDs, Deposits, Retention, ROI, LTV, and overall profitability.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, postbacks, affiliate links, and reporting.
- Analyze traffic quality and proactively identify fraud, bonus abuse, incentivized traffic, and other acquisition risks.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, BI, Payments, Fraud Prevention, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
- Coordinate affiliate campaigns, promotional offers, landing pages, and marketing materials.
- Oversee affiliate payments, reconciliations, commission calculations, and partner documentation.
- Build scalable onboarding, activation, retention, and performance management processes for affiliate partners.
- Prepare regular business reports and performance forecasts.
- Recruit, mentor, and develop the affiliate team as the business grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Partnership Management.
- Minimum 2 years in a Head of Affiliates, Affiliate Lead, or Senior Affiliate Manager role.
- Proven experience within the iGaming, Online Casino, or Sports Betting industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of CPA, Revenue Share, Hybrid, and performance-based commercial models.
- Experience working with affiliate tracking platforms, attribution systems, and performance analytics.
- Solid understanding of player acquisition metrics including FTD, Deposits, Retention, LTV, ROI, and Revenue.
- Experience identifying traffic fraud, bonus abuse, and low-quality acquisition sources.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and commercial management skills.
- Experience working across international or LATAM markets is highly preferred.
- Results-driven mindset with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

- Experience attending international affiliate conferences and industry events (SiGMA, SBC, iGB, etc.).
