Lead / Head of SEO (LATAM Market)
For our client, we are looking for an experienced Lead / Head of SEO to build and lead the organic acquisition strategy for the LATAM market.
This is a strategic, hands-on leadership role where you will own the entire SEO function—from technical SEO and content strategy to authority building, organic traffic growth, player acquisition, and First Time Depositors (FTDs). You will work closely with Product, Marketing, BI, CRM, and Development teams to establish scalable SEO processes, manage external partners, and help build one of the company’s key long-term acquisition channels.

Responsibilities
- Build and lead the SEO function for the LATAM market.
- Develop and execute a long-term SEO strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Drive sustainable growth in organic traffic, player registrations, FTDs, and revenue.
- Conduct technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers on implementation.
- Design scalable site architecture, internal linking, and technical SEO frameworks.
- Develop content strategies covering commercial, informational, branded, and localized search intent.
- Lead content production together with copywriters, editors, and external partners.
- Build and execute off-page SEO strategies, including digital PR, outreach, and authority building.
- Analyze competitors and identify new growth opportunities across LATAM.
- Monitor website health, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and technical performance.
- Build SEO dashboards, forecasting models, and KPI reporting.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, CRM, BI, and Development teams.
- Manage SEO agencies, freelancers, and external vendors.
- Build, mentor, and scale the SEO team as the business grows.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- 2+ years in a Senior SEO, SEO Lead, or Head of SEO position.
- Previous experience within iGaming, Online Casino, Sportsbook, or another highly competitive online industry.
- Strong expertise in Technical SEO, Content SEO, On-Page SEO, and Link Building.
- Proven experience launching SEO projects or brands from scratch.
- Excellent knowledge of Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience optimizing SEO for registrations, FTDs, and revenue—not just rankings.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
