AI-First Project Manager / Operations (German application users/customers)
 

We're a startup that moves fast, runs several projects at once, and uses AI tools everywhere we can. We work with large, established German companies, and we're looking for someone to help keep everything moving internally.
 

What you'd do:

• Turn quick discussions from meetings into clear tickets for developers.
• Check that what developers deliver actually meets the goal.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to work faster: drafting tickets, reviewing work, bulk-editing tasks.
• Keep track of many moving projects at once and switch between them smoothly.
• Pick up the mix of operational tasks that come with an early-stage startup.
   

You're a good fit if you:

• Are highly organized and detail-oriented, but can hold the big picture in your head.
• Love using AI to make your own work faster.
• Learn fast and become the go-to person on new topics quickly.
• Have strong written and reading German (B2 or above) — a lot of the work involves managing German-language data. Our team works in English day to day, so spoken fluency isn't required.
• Can occasionally travel to Berlin to meet the team.

Start part-time as a trial, with the goal of full-time if it's a great fit.
