Support Manager
We are a modern online project with an international audience, where user experience, response speed, and security play a key role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Support Manager to help us maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities:
โ Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat and HelpDesk;
โ Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries;
โ Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures;
โ Escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
โ Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes.
Requirements:
โ English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
โ Stress resistance and strong attention to detail;
โ Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals;
โ Experience in iGaming is preferred, but not mandatory;
โ Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus.
