Support Manager

We are a modern online project with an international audience, where user experience, response speed, and security play a key role. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Support Manager to help us maintain a high level of service.

Responsibilities:
โ€” Handle incoming user requests via LiveChat and HelpDesk;
โ€” Assist with technical, general, and payment-related inquiries;
โ€” Provide guidance on platform functionality, bonus policies, and verification procedures;
โ€” Escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
โ€” Contribute to the improvement of internal support processes.

Requirements:
โ€” English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
โ€” Stress resistance and strong attention to detail;
โ€” Technical literacy, understanding of blockchain fundamentals;
โ€” Experience in iGaming is preferred, but not mandatory;
โ€” Experience with LiveChat or similar systems is a plus.
