Junior SEO Manager

     Requirements:

• At least 1 years of hands-on SEO experience
• At least 0.5 years of experience in gambling (casino, betting) is required
• Proven track record of promoting projects in highly competitive niches in Western markets
• Strong analytical skills: ability to conduct deep competitor analysis and draw actionable conclusions
• Solid understanding of Google search algorithms and ranking principles
• Proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others
• Experience handling large datasets in Google Sheets

• Experience working with large, multi-page projects (e-commerce, marketplaces, content portals

   

  Will be plus

• Experience in a product company from 1 year
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS for quick issue diagnostics and interaction with developers
• Understanding of iGaming product specifics
• English level B1 (able to analyze English-language sources, documentation, and communicate with international partners)
• Experience leading small teams or coordinating contractors
• Proven cases of successfully recovering websites from Google penalties or filters

• Knowledge of content marketing and the ability to develop SEO-driven content strategies

   

  Responsibilities:

• Launch new project
• Develop and implement website promotion strategies, including setting KPIs and ensuring their achievement
• Conduct in-depth analysis of the niche, competitors, and target audience
• Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimization (technical SEO, link building, content optimization)
• Prepare technical specifications for developers, copywriters, link builders, and other team members
• Implement and optimize monitoring and reporting processes for key metrics (traffic, conversions, rankings)

• Continuously work on improving performance and identifying new growth opportunities
