Join our team working with the largest pan-European online car marketplace, connecting millions of customers with thousands of automotive dealers across Europe.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior CRM Manager who can independently own the CRM function. This role requires a highly autonomous professional capable of managing day-to-day CRM operations while driving strategic improvements across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate is experienced with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, passionate about customer engagement, and comfortable working in a distributed team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
CRM Campaign Management
- Own and execute end-to-end CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle.
- Manage recurring and ad hoc email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure campaign quality, accuracy, and timely delivery.

CRM Strategy & Optimization
- Audit existing CRM campaigns and customer journeys.
- Analyze performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and conversion.
- Design and execute A/B tests.
- Recommend and implement CRM best practices and process improvements.

CRM Platform & Migration
- Support the migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to the new CRM platform.
- Configure and validate campaigns during the migration process.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure proper integrations, audience management, and data consistency.
- Contribute to improving CRM automation and operational efficiency.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Analytics teams.
- Work independently in a remote-first, cross-location environment.
- Proactively identify issues, gather information, and drive initiatives with minimal guidance.

Qualifications:
Must have
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Marketing Automation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns independently.
- Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests.
- Ability to balance operational execution with strategic CRM planning.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working with distributed teams.

Nice to have
- Experience with Mandrill (Mailchimp Transactional).
- Experience with CRM platform migrations.
- Experience with Etribe or similar customer engagement platforms.
- Marketplace, eCommerce, or digital product experience.
- Experience working with Product and Engineering teams.
- Interest in AI-driven marketing automation and CRM optimization.
