We're looking for a Middle QA Engineer to join our team and help ensure the quality and reliability of Trigger Neobank Engine - our flagship platform for building fully digital banks.
This role is for someone who understands the complexity of fintech systems, knows how to test configurable, modular, API-driven products, and wants to grow into a highly independent, senior/lead-level QA professional.

Trigger Neobank Engine is a next-generation platform that enables banks, fintechs, and telecoms to launch full digital banking products - from onboarding to payments, cards, credit modules, and corporate banking - 5x faster and at 10x lower cost.
As a QA Engineer, you will be working on:
- Highly configurable mobile and web banking applications engine
- Complex backend logic, API connectivity, microservices, and integrations
- Dynamic UI and workflow engine driven by server-side configuration
- Mission-critical fintech scenarios (KYC, payments, card flows, onboarding, risk decisioning)
You'll collaborate closely with developers, BAs, product managers, and implementation teams.
๐ฏ Key Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical documentation
- Create clear, structured, and reusable test cases and checklists
- Perform manual testing of mobile & web apps, backend APIs, and integrations
- Test complex workflows, multi-step processes, and dynamic UI components
- Validate configuration-driven behavior generated by the Interface Engine
- Execute regression, functional, integration, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Actively use AI tools in day-to-day QA work: test case generation and review, test data preparation, log and API response analysis, documentation, and defect reporting
- Identify, document, and track defects to closure
- Collaborate with developers and BAs to ensure clarity and consistency in requirements
- Provide feedback on product quality, usability, and edge cases
- Contribute to improving QA processes and internal testing standards, including adoption of AI-driven testing practices
๐ Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on QA experience
- Hands-on knowledge and real working experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or AI-powered testing tools) applied to testing and daily work โ MANDATORY. Candidates without practical AI experience will not be considered
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect lifecycle
- Experience testing mobile and web applications
- Solid hands-on testing of REST APIs using Postman, Swagger, or similar tools
- Ability to design test cases for complex business logic and multistep flows
- Understanding of fintech processes (payments, cards, onboarding, KYC, operations) โ big advantage
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Ability to work with logs, inspect responses, validate integrations
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
- Experience building own AI workflows: prompt libraries, custom GPTs/agents, AI-assisted test automation
- Experience with server-driven UI, configuration-based systems, or no-code platforms
- Basic knowledge of SQL for validation queries
- Experience with test automation (UI or API)
- Experience working with banking, fintech, or enterprise-level systems
