🎯 Requirements

• Own the project from the start or earliest stage
• Be an entrepreneur and act as the customer's agent: build client relations and business insight, propose extra services the customer actually needs
• Take part in pre-sale and up-sale on your account — and help with other pre-sales
• Take an active part in technical negotiations of scope and architecture, and in defining the business terms of contracts
• Work with business stakeholders to define project vision, goals, and product functionality
• Control KPIs (profitability, revenue, utilization) and act to keep them at the best possible level
• Plan, manage, and monitor execution; deliver on time and within budget
• Supervise delivery through active leadership of the team; ensure projects are tailored and delivered according to the best-fit delivery model

This is a role for people who think in state machines, not in Word documents.

Trigger Neobank Engine enables banks, fintechs, and telecoms to launch full digital banking products — onboarding, payments, cards, credit modules, corporate banking. Business logic is expressed as configurable, orchestrated processes rather than hardcoded services.

You will design and implement the processes that run real banking products.

🎯 What you'll do

• Elicit requirements from banks and fintech clients; convert vague business intent into precise, executable specifications
• Design process logic: state machines, decision trees, compensation and error-handling branches, SLAs and timeouts
• Build and maintain workflows in n8n / Corezoid / Node-RED — including JS code nodes, API calls, and data transformation
• Integrate external systems: core banking, processing, KYC/AML providers, payment rails, notification channels
• Design and document API contracts together with backend engineers
• Build AI-agent-based automations: routing, classification, document processing, operational assistants
• Test your own processes: Postman, log analysis, edge cases, retries, duplicate protection
• Write clean documentation: process diagrams, data flows, integration specs
• Support implementation teams during rollout and troubleshoot production behavior

🛠 Required

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, Integration Engineer, or low-code developer
• Real, provable experience using AI tools and AI agents in daily work — mandatory
• Hands-on experience with at least one process/automation platform: n8n, Corezoid, Node-RED, Camunda, Temporal, Zapier/Make at a serious scale
• Confident with JSON, REST, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, API keys, signatures)
• Ability to write basic JavaScript for data transformation inside workflow nodes
• Postman and Swagger as everyday tools

This is not a "write UI tests for a landing page" role. You will automate a configuration-driven, server-rendered banking runtime where the same test suite must survive dozens of different client configurations.

You will automate:

• Mobile and web banking apps generated by a server-driven Interface Engine
• REST APIs, microservices, integrations with core banking, card processing, KYC and payment providers
• Mission-critical flows: onboarding, KYC, SCA, payments, card issuing, credit decisioning
• Multi-step, stateful business processes with real money semantics

🎯 What you'll do

• Design and maintain the e2e automation framework
• Build API-level test suites and use them as the fast, stable backbone of regression
• Automate configuration-driven scenarios: one suite, many client configurations
• Integrate tests into CI/CD; own execution time, stability, and signal quality
• Prepare test data and environment state programmatically, not by hand
• Use AI agents to generate, refactor, and self-heal tests, and to triage failures before a human looks at them
• Validate integrations: inspect logs, traces, queue messages, DB state
• Turn recurring defects into permanent automated checks
• Contribute to QA standards, test architecture, and AI-driven testing practices
