We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner to assist us in filling complex and non-standard IT roles in Ukraine, Poland, and Bulgaria.

This is not just a sourcing position. We need someone who can understand the real hiring need, challenge unclear requirements, build a smart search strategy, communicate with senior candidates, and bring strong profiles to the hiring team.

The main focus will be on technical and IT-related roles: Backend, Full-stack, QA, DevOps, Security, Support, Customer Success, and other product / R&D positions.

 

What you will do:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from intake to offer.
  • Build sourcing strategies for complex and niche vacancies.
  • Own sourcing strategy for difficult and non-standard vacancies: map the market, identify hidden talent pools, test different outreach approaches, and adjust the search based on results.
  • Source and approach candidates in Ukraine, Poland and Bulgaria.
  • Conduct HR screening interviews and evaluate experience, motivation, communication, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Present candidates clearly and professionally to hiring managers.
  • Provide market insights: candidate availability, salary expectations, hiring risks, and search strategy.
  • Help improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

 

What we expect:

  • Proven experience in IT / technical recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills and ability to find passive candidates.
  • Experience with complex technical vacancies, not only mass-market roles.
  • Practical experience hiring in Ukraine, Poland , Bulgaria.
  • Good understanding of IT profiles: Backend, Full-stack, QA, DevOps, Security, Support, Customer Success, etc.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of open positions.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with several roles in parallel without losing quality.
  • Proactive mindset, common sense, and result-oriented approach.

 

Will be a plus:

  • Experience with senior-level and niche technical roles.
  • Experience with product companies or international IT companies.
  • Experience working with Israeli / European stakeholders.
  • Good English level.
