VANTREXIS is a growing Ukrainian product engineering company that helps SaaS companies, startups, and digital businesses build and scale software products. We work with web applications, SaaS platforms, internal systems, cloud/DevOps, AI-augmented workflows, and team extension when clients need strong engineering support.
 

We are looking for a Lead Generation Specialist / SDR who will help us find and start conversations with potential clients in the US, UK, and EU markets.

What you will do:

  • Research and identify potential B2B clients: SaaS companies, startups, tech-enabled businesses, and companies that may need software development or engineering team extension.
  • Build and maintain structured lead lists with relevant decision-makers: Founders, CEOs, CTOs, Heads of Product, Engineering Managers.
  • Prepare and run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
  • Write personalized outreach messages, test different angles, and improve response rates.
  • Qualify interested leads and book intro calls.
  • Maintain CRM / lead tracking and provide weekly updates on outreach, replies, qualified leads, and booked calls.
  • Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, ICP, and sales strategy.
     

What we expect:

  • Experience in B2B lead generation, SDR, sales research, or outbound sales.
  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, SaaS, outsourcing, outstaffing, or product engineering.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English level.
  • Ability to write clear, natural, non-spammy outreach messages.
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, email outreach, CRM, Google Sheets, and lead research tools.
  • Ownership mindset: we need someone who can test, improve, and think, not only follow instructions mechanically.
     

Nice to have:

  • Previous experience in IT outsourcing / software development services.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, Lemlist, HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of ICP, buyer personas, cold outreach, and sales funnel stages.
  • Basic understanding of software development roles and technologies.
