This role is for a Senior Learning & Development Manager  who sees learning as a tool to help the business grow. You design and deliver practical learning solutions that improve people's performance and support business goals. You work closely with stakeholders to understand real needs, focus on initiatives that create measurable impact rather than learning for the sake of learning, and adapt your approach to different teams and business challenges. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and modern corporate learning approaches, and enjoy helping people and teams develop in ways that drive business results.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an L&D Manager / Learning & Development Specialist, with a focus on developing management skills

- Deep understanding of adult learning methodologies (andragogy) and modern approaches to corporate learning (microlearning, blended learning, social learning, self-directed learning)

- Knowledge of leadership and competency development models (70-20-10, coaching, mentoring, peer-to-peer learning)

- Understanding of the learning ecosystem concept and the shift from traditional training to continuous learning in the flow of work

- Experience designing and implementing manager development programs from scratch, including hybrid and asynchronous formats

- Skills in conducting training sessions, facilitating group workshops, and individual coaching

- Proficiency with modern LMS/LXP systems and adaptive learning tools

Experience using AI tools for content creation, learning personalization, L&D process automation, and data analysis (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude, AI assistants for generating training materials, AI-powered LXP solutions)

- Understanding of a data-driven approach to L&D: ability to evaluate program effectiveness through business impact metrics, not just participant satisfaction (Kirkpatrick model, training ROI)

- Understanding of competency mapping principles and personalized development plans (IDP) based on skill gap analysis

- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate level or higher)

Will be a plus:
Hands-on experience designing and delivering training sessions and workshops.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing a manager development strategy aligned with the company's project growth stage

- Conducting training needs analysis among managers

- Creating and launching leadership and management competency development programs

- Supporting and coordinating other learning initiatives

- Collaborating with HRBPs and department heads to identify skill gaps

- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs and preparing reports for leadership

- Sourcing, evaluating, and coordinating work with external trainers and providers

- Supporting the development of an internal learning culture within the company

- Managing the L&D budget and overseeing efficient resource allocation
