As part of our recruitment team, you'll have the opportunity to work with diverse technologies, international stakeholders, and challenging hiring projects while contributing directly to our clients' growth.
Position Overview 🔍
We are looking for an experienced IT/Tech Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and selected business positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and international clients to deliver exceptional talent.
This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to global hiring.

Key Responsibilities 🙌
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer acceptance.
- Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean & X-Ray Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Upwork, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical interview stages.
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with international clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to define hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/CRM.
- Stay up to date with IT market trends, salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
- Explore and implement AI-powered recruiting tools and automation solutions to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
What We're Looking For ✅
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
- Experience hiring for a broad range of technical positions.
- Experience working with international clients or stakeholders is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English level: B1–B2+ or higher.
- Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
