Position Overview ๐Ÿ”

We are looking for an experienced IT/Tech Recruiter with 3+ years of experience to join our growing global team. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and selected business positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and international clients to deliver exceptional talent.
 

This is a fully remote position offering autonomy, flexibility, and exposure to global hiring.

Key Responsibilities ๐Ÿ™Œ

  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process from vacancy intake to offer acceptance.
  • Source and engage top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean & X-Ray Search, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Upwork, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Conduct screening interviews and coordinate technical interview stages.
  • Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with international clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to define hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding recruitment experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS/CRM.
  • Stay up to date with IT market trends, salary benchmarks, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered recruiting tools and automation solutions to enhance sourcing and hiring efficiency.
     

What We're Looking For โœ…

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle IT recruitment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.
  • Experience hiring for a broad range of technical positions.
  • Experience working with international clients or stakeholders is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • English level: B1โ€“B2+ or higher.
  • Self-driven, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
