We are looking for a CRM Automation Manager with strong hands-on experience in Smartico to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing CRM automations, customer journeys, and player communications. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with CRM tools, automation logic, and data, and is ready to take ownership of CRM performance.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build, configure, and maintain CRM automations in Smartico.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, trigger campaigns, and lifecycle communications.
  • Configure audience segmentation, triggers, and automation logic.
  • Create, launch, and optimize Email, Push, Inbox, Pop-up, and other CRM campaigns.
  • Develop and adapt email templates using HTML/CSS.
  • Test CRM campaigns before launch, ensuring correct content, personalization, segmentation, links, and automation logic.
  • Monitor CRM automations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable operation of customer journeys.
  • Analyze campaign performance (Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Conversion Rate, etc.) and continuously optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B tests for subject lines, content, timing, and communication strategies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, Design, and Development teams.
  • Maintain CRM documentation, templates, and automation structure.

     

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Smartico CRM.
  • Experience building and maintaining CRM automations independently.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, CRM funnels, and trigger-based communications.
  • Practical experience with Email, Push, Inbox, Pop-up, and other CRM channels.
  • Strong knowledge of audience segmentation and behavioral targeting.
  • Understanding of key CRM metrics, including Open Rate, CTR, CTOR, Conversion Rate, and the ability to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing results.
  • Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in iGaming will be a strong advantage.

     

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience with gamification, loyalty programs, and bonus mechanics.
  • Knowledge of SQL or BI tools.
  • Experience working in Agile teams.
