Senior TypeScript VueJS Developer

This is an outstaff role: you'll be embedded directly with a client's engineering team as part of our delivery group.
## What You'll Do
- Own frontend features end-to-end: from architecture and implementation to deployment and support.
- Build and ship web applications in a TypeScript monorepo — Vue 3, Nuxt, Pinia, and Tailwind.
- Build rich, reactive UIs with the Composition API and TanStack Query (Vue Query) for data fetching and state.
- Design reusable component libraries and maintain a scalable, well-typed frontend architecture.
- Integrate with backend APIs and collaborate on API contracts with the client's engineering team.
- Care about performance, accessibility, and UX polish — from bundle size to loading states.
- Work in a codebase that's actively being rewritten — under strong code review and automated review rules — and help raise the bar as you go.
- Communicate directly with the client's engineering team — no layers in between.
- Use AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as part of your daily workflow.
- Work across diverse projects — different domains, different challenges.
## What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional frontend development experience
- Strong TypeScript skills
- Solid hands-on experience with Vue 3, Nuxt, and the Composition API
- Strong grasp of Vue state management and data fetching (Pinia, TanStack Query / Vue Query, or similar)
- Solid CSS skills and experience with utility-first styling (Tailwind a strong plus)
- Strong eye for performance, accessibility, and responsive design
- Experience integrating with REST/GraphQL APIs
- Comfortable working in a monorepo and in a codebase under active rewrite, with strong code review and automated review gates
- Comfort working in the US timezone (overlapping working hours required)
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English
- Ability to own and drive features independently with minimal supervision
