Performance Creative Strategist
Terravo Group is a performance marketing company specializing in media buying and scaling high-performing advertising campaigns.
We are looking for a Performance Creative Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative and performance by developing data-driven advertising strategies, generating winning creative concepts, and continuously optimizing campaigns based on performance insights.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative strategies for paid advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other platforms.
- Generate data-driven creative concepts based on campaign performance, audience research, and market insights.
- Analyze advertising performance metrics, including CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CPC, to identify optimization opportunities.
- Work closely with media buyers to develop and scale high-performing creative strategies.
- Prepare detailed creative briefs for designers, video editors, copywriters, and UGC creators.
- Conduct competitor research and analyze market trends to identify new creative opportunities.
- Develop and prioritize creative testing roadmaps and hypotheses.
- Continuously optimize creative strategies based on testing results and campaign performance.
- Stay up to date with advertising platform updates, industry trends, and emerging creative formats.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, Media Buying, Growth Marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and performance marketing.
- Experience developing creative strategies for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid social platforms.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable creative recommendations.
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology, marketing funnels, and customer journeys.
- Experience collaborating with designers, editors, and marketing teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in affiliate marketing or media buying.
- Experience managing creative testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of copywriting for performance advertising.
- Experience working with UGC creators.
- Familiarity with AI tools for creative ideation and production.
- Basic SQL, Excel, or analytics skills.
