AI Creative Project Manager (Senior)

We are looking for a Senior AI Creative Project Manager to join a team creating next-generation mobile micro-drama content powered entirely by Generative AI. In this role, you will oversee the creative quality of AI-generated episodes, ensuring engaging storytelling, visual consistency, and high production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production assets using Gen-AI tools to ensure consistency across characters, environments, and wardrobe.
• Review and evaluate AI-generated micro-drama episodes.
• Audit creative elements including acting, emotional impact, pacing, editing, sound, music, lighting, color, continuity, and overall visual quality.
• Identify creative issues and provide clear, actionable feedback to improve audience engagement and retention.
• Document detailed feedback in structured Excel reports with episode references, timestamps, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with production teams to continuously improve AI-driven creative workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Film, Cinema, Media, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in narrative or scripted content production, preferably as a Script Supervisor, Script Editor, Director, Showrunner, or in a similar senior creative role.
• Strong understanding of micro-drama storytelling, including pacing, dramatic structure, character development, genre conventions, and cliffhanger techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate audience engagement and translate observations into practical creative improvements.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI tools and AI-assisted creative production.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
