ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are an iGaming company with over 4 years of experience and a team of 1300+ specialists. Our portfolio includes 13+ successful projects operating across Tier 1โ3 markets.
As we continue scaling and launching new products, we are looking for a strong, strategically-minded Head of Partner Network who will take full ownership of the affiliate direction for the group's key brands.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Senior strategic leadership role. You will build the partner network from the ground up, design the organizational model, own the P&L of the affiliate direction, and drive sustainable traffic growth for the group's brands. Not an operational affiliate manager position - an architect and owner role for the entire direction.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Building the Partner Network: org model and roles, positioning and go-to-market strategy, 12-month roadmap, onboarding/quality control/payouts/anti-fraud processes.
- Growing the Partner Network: attracting and developing webmasters/partners, long-term relationships, incentive mechanics.
- Traffic & Performance: planning traffic volumes and distribution across brands, quality control, financial planning and margin management, KPI ownership.
- Team Management: hiring affiliate managers/bizdev/support, performance-driven culture, developing the management structure.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years in iGaming/gambling/betting marketing;
- 3+ years in a leadership role (CMO/Head of Affiliate);
- Proven experience managing both acquisition and brand marketing;
- Deep understanding of FTD%, ARPU, LTV, ROI;
- Hands-on experience with Paid Social, Google, SEO/ASO, Influencers, Affiliates; strong partner management and deal optimization;
- Confident managing $500K+ budgets, scaling to 10K+ FTDs;
- Strong analytical mindset, BI tools, media planning;
- Understanding of unit economics, CJM, funnel optimization;
- Knowledge of compliance in regulated/emerging markets.
