Salesforce Developer (Junior / Mid)

About the role

We're looking for a solid junior-to-mid Salesforce developer. This is not a short project - it's steady, long-term work with a consistent load. Most months you'll be working close to full-time, with the exact hours flexing between 6 and 8 per day depending on demand.

The work is split across two departments, and understanding this split matters:

• Primary department (~6 hours/day): Your main home base. Steady, predictable work here forms the core of your day.
• Secondary department (variable, ~2–3 hours/day): Lighter and less predictable. Some days it needs a few hours of your time, some days more, and some days nothing at all.
  
  What we're looking for:
• Real, demonstrable Salesforce development experience (strong junior to mid level)
• Hands-on experience with CPQ tooling (Salesforce CPQ or a comparable configure-price-quote platform)
• Comfort with core Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and standard configuration
• Ability to work independently and manage a variable daily load across two workstreams
• Reliable, communicative, and comfortable in an ongoing remote setup
• Based in Poland, Hungary, or Spain
