Role Overview
We are looking for a driven Lead Generation Manager to identify and engage B2B prospects, introduce Younet's AI-powered solutions, and generate qualified leads for our Account Management team. You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy, connecting with decision-makers and demonstrating how Younet can revolutionize their business processes.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research and identify target companies and key decision makers (Operations, IT, Marketing, Sales, HR leaders) who can benefit from AI-driven process automation.
- Outreach & Engagement: Initiate contact via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other channels to introduce Younet's platform and value proposition.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess prospect needs, pain points, and readiness to adopt AI solutions.
- Handoff to Account Management: Transfer qualified leads to Account Managers with detailed notes and context for seamless continuation of the sales cycle.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records, track outreach activities, and report on key metrics.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities in AI and automation.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in lead generation, or sales (SaaS/Tech preferred).
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to articulate complex AI solutions in simple terms.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with AI, automation tools.
- Self-Starter: Proactive, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Research Skills: Strong ability to identify and qualify prospects through various channels.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on supporting the broader sales team's success.
