Short-Form Video Editor - TikTok/Reels/Shorts (Scripts Provided)

We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io), a UK company. We already write about 15 video scripts every week using AI, and that number goes up as we add more clients. What is missing is someone to own production: turning scripts into real, edited video, every week, on a steady schedule. This is ongoing work, not a one-time project.

Your daily tasks:

1. Take a script and turn it into a short video for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.

2. Add hooks, captions, and simple effects.

3. Deliver videos on time, about 15 per week to start.

4. Follow simple feedback and make fast changes.

What we need from you:

- Real, professional short-form editing experience with a track record you can show. We want someone who already works at this level, not someone learning.

- You can use CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

- You can turn around videos fast, ideally in 1-2 hours each.

- A real portfolio you can show us.

Pay: $5-7 per hour to start. The strongest applications start at the top of that range. This is a 30-day paid trial. After 30 days, if you meet the goals below, pay moves to $7-8 per hour.

What gets you to $7-8 per hour:

A clean 30-day trial. This means: deliver 15 or more videos every week, on time. Average turnaround under 2 hours per video. Videos meet our style, with few revisions needed. Do this and your pay goes up.
