AI SEO Specialist - Backlinks, Directories, HARO + Content QA

We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io) and CyberstarIT. We run outbound (cold calling, cold email, LinkedIn) for B2B clients in the US and UK. We also grow our own SEO and content. This is a real job to own, not a small task list. As we grow and add more clients, this job grows too.

We run an automated AI SEO system. It does keyword research, publishes AI-written articles every day, and tracks rankings.

We need someone to do the manual growth work our system cannot do.

Your daily tasks:

1. Submit our business to online directories. We have 15 directories ready. None are submitted yet.

2. Find journalists asking for expert quotes (HARO-style). Answer them to get real backlinks.

3. Set up and improve our Google Business Profile.

4. Build real backlinks. Right now we have zero external backlinks.

5. Check AI-written articles before they go live. Look for wrong facts, weak claims, and bad tone. You do not write new articles, only check them.

What we need from you:

- 2+ years of real, hands-on off-page SEO experience. You can show real results. We want someone already working at a professional level, not someone still learning.

- Real experience with link building, directory submissions, and outreach for backlinks.

- Comfortable checking AI-written content for mistakes.

- Strong written English for outreach emails.

- Basic knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar) is a plus.

Pay: $6-9 per hour to start. The strongest applications start at the top of that range. This is a 30-day paid trial. After 30 days, if you meet the goals below, pay moves to $8-10 per hour.

What gets you to $8-10 per hour:

A clean 30-day trial. This means: submit at least 5 of our 15 ready directories. Send at least 5 HARO-style pitches, with at least 1 real backlink landed. Set up our Google Business Profile. Catch all factual errors in AI-written articles before they go live. Send weekly reports on time, every week. Do this and your pay goes up.
