We are Alba Talent (albatalent.io). We do cold calling, cold email, and LinkedIn outreach for B2B companies in the UK and US.
We need someone to run LinkedIn outreach for us.
Your daily tasks:
1. Build lists of the right people to contact. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2. Set up outreach campaigns in Expandi or HeyReach.
3. Send connection requests and messages.
4. Reply to people who answer.
5. Write a short report every week. Include: connections sent, replies received, meetings booked.
6. Keep the LinkedIn account safe. Do not send too many requests per day.
What we need from you:
- You have used Expandi or HeyReach before. Real experience, not just training.
- You have used LinkedIn Sales Navigator before.
- You know the safe number of connection requests per day. Usually 20-40 for a normal account.
- You can share real numbers from past campaigns. For example: acceptance rate, reply rate.
Pay: $5 per hour for the first 30 days. This is a paid trial.
After 30 days, if you do well: $7-8 per hour.
Hours: 15-20 hours per week to start. More hours later if it goes well.
Payment: every two weeks.
