๐ŸŒŸ What we expect from you

โ€ข 3+ years of experience in iGaming, including experience in VIP Operations / VIP Management
โ€ข 1+ year of experience leading a VIP team
โ€ข Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs
โ€ข Strong understanding of VIP player lifecycle, segmentation, retention, and loyalty mechanics
โ€ข Experience managing teams of 10+ people
โ€ข Hands-on experience building operational processes and managing daily VIP operations
โ€ข Experience working with VIP client segmentation and customer portfolio distribution
โ€ข Strong understanding of CRM processes and VIP customer management
โ€ข Experience working with AI-powered tools or willingness to implement AI into operational processes
โ€ข Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
โ€ข Experience collaborating with Product, CRM, Analytics, Payments, Retention, and Customer Support teams
โ€ข Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
โ€ข Ability to manage multiple GEOs, brands, and operational priorities simultaneously
โ€ข Experience in iGaming B2C is a must
 

๐ŸŽฏ Your future responsibilities

โ€ข Lead and develop the VIP Operations team
โ€ข Organize daily operational processes and ensure high-quality VIP customer management
โ€ข Plan team schedules across multiple GEOs and time zones
โ€ข Distribute VIP customer portfolios between managers and monitor workload efficiency
โ€ข Ensure proper execution of segmentation strategies provided by Product and Analytics teams
โ€ข Monitor VIP Managers' performance, quality standards, and operational KPIs
โ€ข Implement and optimize AI-driven operational processes to improve team efficiency
โ€ข Review customer interactions and provide coaching and feedback to VIP Managers
โ€ข Continuously optimize operational workflows and identify improvement opportunities
โ€ข Collaborate closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, Payments, Retention, and Customer Support teams
โ€ข Participate in developing operational recommendations for VIP programs and customer experience
โ€ข Support business growth by improving VIP retention operations and operational excellence
