Strategic Partnerships Manager

Rezono is a performance marketing agency and a trusted partner of leading advertising platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Snapchat, and NewsBreak. The company helps advertisers, publishers, and media buying teams scale their campaigns by providing platform expertise, premium account solutions, and dedicated support across multiple industries and markets.
 

We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and develop relationships with key advertising platforms. You will be responsible for strengthening existing partnerships, negotiating better commercial terms, unlocking exclusive platform opportunities, and driving long-term business growth.
 

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with Meta, TikTok, Google, and other advertising platforms
• Negotiate rebates, credit lines, payment terms, and other partnership benefits
• Secure access to beta programs, exclusive features, and dedicated platform support
• Manage partnership escalations and represent the agency in strategic discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize platform performance and business results
   

What we are looking for:

• Experience managing strategic partnerships with major advertising platforms, including Meta or TikTok
• Proven experience negotiating commercial partnership terms and building long-term business relationships
• Deep understanding of digital advertising / affiliate marketing ecosystems
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English
   

Nice to have:

• Chinese language proficiency
• Existing relationships with platform partner managers
