We are looking for a Support Agent for our partner β€” a newly licensed Ukrainian iGaming operator currently in the exciting pre-launch phase, building its product and core business processes from the ground up.

The company is developing a modern sportsbook and online casino platform focused on delivering an exceptional player experience, operational excellence, sustainable growth, and full compliance within a regulated market.

This is a unique opportunity to join the team before launch, contribute to building the player support function from the very beginning, and grow together with the product.

Location: Kyiv (Office / Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-time
Project Stage: Pre-launch / Product Launch

What You’ll Do

- Provide player support via Live Chat, Email, and other  communication channels.
- Assist players with registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and general account inquiries.
- Resolve customer issues quickly while delivering a high standard of service.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams, including Payments, Fraud, VIP, Product, and Technical Support.
- Handle customer requests in accordance with SLAs and internal quality standards.
- Record and manage customer interactions using Help Desk systems.
- Participate in testing and improving support processes before and after product launch.

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in Customer Support or Player Support.
Experience in the iGaming industry (Casino, Sportsbook, or Betting).
- Excellent written communication and customer service skills.
- Experience working with Help Desk platforms such as Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, LiveChat, or similar solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
- English proficiency is considered a plus.
