UI/UX Designer (iGaming)

We're looking for a creative, gambling-savvy UI/UX Designer to shape seamless digital experiences across our casino and sportsbook products. From research and wireframes to polished interfaces and design systems - you'll own the full cycle and see how your work directly impacts product growth, retention, and player satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing across casino/betting products
• Translate player needs and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for web and mobile
• Design intuitive player journeys - onboarding, deposit/withdrawal flows, game lobbies, promo and bonus mechanics, live betting interfaces
• Design engaging, high-converting landing pages and promotional creatives
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing to ensure fast, seamless implementation
• Analyze user feedback, funnel data, and product performance metrics to improve usability and conversion
• Stay on top of iGaming UI/UX trends - benchmark against strong market players and bring fresh, non-templated ideas

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a UI/UX or Product Designer, with iGaming/casino/betting experience required
• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects - casino, sportsbook, or high-conversion product work strongly preferred
• Proficiency in Figma (primary), plus familiarity with Sketch/Adobe XD
• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and responsive design
• Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Strong sense of visual craft - clean execution, attention to detail, no "template" look
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
