HR Manager
Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.
This position is with SoftDoes (SD), an enterprise-level custom software development and AI-engineering company. The team works on IT projects, builds and launches products, and manages full-cycle delivery teams.
Team members work in distributed teams and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and project teams.
About the Role:
SoftDoes is looking for an HR Manager to support the HRD in running and developing the company's HR function. This is a hands-on generalist role, working in tandem with the Head of HR and taking ownership of day-to-day HR operations so she can focus on strategic priorities. The role sits alongside company leadership and works directly with employees across all departments.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain and improve HR documentation - onboarding, offboarding, internal regulations
- Support the design and implementation of bonus, incentive, and benefits programs
- Analyze team performance and engagement
- Communicate directly with C-level executives and employees across all departments
- Drive and implement HR process improvements and new initiatives, such as team building and process documentation
- Collaborate closely with the Head of HR on day-to-day HR operations, picking up delegated responsibilities as they're defined
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of commercial experience as an HR Manager / HR Generalist within an IT or software company
- English - B1+
- Experience in a company of 30+ people, with direct communication with C-level executives
- Hands-on experience with HR documentation - understanding how it's written and structured, not just how to fill in a template
- Strong soft skills: communication, adaptability, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
- A proactive mindset - comfortable identifying gaps and proposing solutions independently, without waiting for detailed instructions
Nice to Have:
- Experience designing performance-evaluation criteria or bonus/incentive systems
- Experience driving team-building or culture initiatives
