Microsoft 365 Developer

We are looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 Developer to join an international team building modern collaboration, automation, and business productivity solutions on the Microsoft ecosystem.

You will design, develop, and maintain custom Microsoft 365 applications, automate business processes, and integrate Microsoft services with enterprise systems to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions
• Build custom applications using SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Power Platform
• Develop SPFx (SharePoint Framework) web parts and extensions
• Build Power Apps and automate workflows with Power Automate
• Develop integrations using Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs
• Customize and extend Microsoft Teams applications and solutions
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID
• Integrate Microsoft 365 with third-party business systems
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize existing solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing Microsoft 365 solutions
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams development
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Graph API
• Experience with C#, .NET, or TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with Azure AD (Microsoft Entra ID) authentication and permissions
• Strong understanding of REST APIs
• Experience with Git and modern development workflows
• Professional English (B2+)
