Closer (Warm) Lead / Sales Specialist (Email / Chat)

We are looking for a proactive Closer / Sales Specialist with a proven track record in text-based sales (emails, messengers, CRM). The ideal candidate knows how to identify specific customer needs and seamlessly guide leads from initial interest to a successfully closed deal.
No cold calling involved. You will work exclusively with a warm database of users who have already shown interest in our product, submitted an inquiry, or paused at a specific stage of the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Closing Deals: Process incoming warm leads via email and chats to maximize conversion into purchases.
- Email Communication: Manage personalized correspondence, handle objections, offer tailored conditions, and follow up with leads stuck in the funnel.
- Upsell & Retention: Work with the existing client database to drive repeat sales (upsells) and extend subscriptions.
- CRM & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of all communications in the CRM system, log outcomes, and analyze the conversion rates of your sales hypotheses.
- Script Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to refine email templates and automated sequences based on real customer feedback.
Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
What We Expect from You:
- Sales Experience: 1.5โ2+ years of hands-on experience as a Sales Specialist, Closer, Lead Generation, or Account Manager.
- Text-Based Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of the nuances of text/email sales (how to build trust via copy, re-engage unresponsive leads, etc.).
- English Proficiency: B2+ / C1 level (fluent written English, business etiquette, and the ability to write in a natural, engaging tone rather than using dry, robotic scripts).
- Objection Handling: Strong persuasion skills to address objections like "it's too expensive," "I need to think," or "not right now" via text without aggressive pressure.
- Result-Oriented Mindset: A passion for closing deals and a clear understanding of the correlation between your efforts and KPI achievements.
- Autonomy: Independence in decision-making aimed at successfully converting a lead into a paying customer.
Will Be a Plus:
- Background in EdTech, SaaS, Fitness/Health niches, or subscription-based business models (Subscription business).
Basic understanding of marketing metrics (LTV, CR, Churn rate).
