Product Manager (G-MOS)

We’re currently looking for a Product Manager to join the product SaaS team at G-MOS — the product from the Promodo ecosystem.

G-MOS is on a mission to help e-commerce and marketplace businesses unlock the full power of Google Ads.

We started as an internal tool and have grown into a full-fledged MarTech SaaS platform. In under 2 years, we found product-market fit in Ukraine and are already winning our first customers across Europe. 

Now we're scaling and looking for our first Product Manager to help shape G-MOS's next steps.

You'll be joining early enough to actually build the product function from the ground up, working closely with the CEO and engineering team to turn real customer problems into features that drive growth – both ours and our clients'.

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Management
• Strong experience in product roadmapping and planning, including defining product vision and aligning it with business goals
• Proven skills in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring clarity, focus, and value-driven delivery
• Hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, from product discovery and validation to delivery and launch
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to align expectations and collaborate effectively across teams
• English B2+ (spoken & written)

Nice to have:

• Understanding of PPC channels and platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, Bol.com Ads
• Interest in AI: you regularly test new AI features and tools and understand where they add value

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the development team, marketing, and CEO
• Run customer development (custdev) interviews and gather continuous feedback
• Conduct market and competitive research
• Define and own the product roadmap and backlog
• Write clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Build new features and optimize existing workflows, including AI-powered ones
• Improve the current product UX in collaboration with design and development
• Contribute to and evolve the long-term product development vision
