We are looking for a strategic RevOps specialist to take complete ownership of our Revenue Operations engine. Your main goal will be to eliminate operational friction and connect sales, marketing, partnerships, and finance into a single, automated, data-driven ecosystem.
Profile We Are Looking For
- The Systems Thinker: You don't just build workflows; you build compounding revenue engines. You intuitively understand how a marketing handoff impacts sales execution and long-term customer success.
- AI-Native Mindset: You keep up with technological trends and design data structures with an autonomous, agentic future in mind.
- High-Agency Owner: You operate effectively with high autonomy, working directly with executive leadership (SVP of Sales, CEO, CTO) in a fast-paced environment where execution is key.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GTM Expertise: Strong track record of building and managing complex revenue operations stacks across sales and marketing teams.
- HubSpot Expert: Advanced, hands-on mastery of HubSpot as a primary system of record.
- Stack Integration: Practical experience deploying Partner Relationship Management (PRM) software and integrating specialized RevOps tools.
- Technical Foundation: Practical experience with API integrations, complex data modeling, and automated data-quality governance.
- Analytics: Strong background in pipeline analytics and data-driven revenue forecasting.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation skills; fluent English (C1-C2 level) is strictly required.
- Flexibility: Ability to align working hours with an overlap in US time zones.
Nice to Have
- Practical exposure to agentic AI, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or context graph systems (such as Sybill).
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack productivity environments.
- Relevant certifications, courses, or experience in adjacent technologies.
