Customer Support Representative (Italian C1)

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and building positive relationships with our customers.

The ideal candidate is fluent in Italian (C1 level), has excellent communication skills, and enjoys helping people in a fast-paced environment.
 

Requirements

• Fluency in Italian (C1 level), both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related role is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Availability to work part-time shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 23:00, Monday through Saturday.
   

Key Responsibilities
 

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and chat.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, delivery status, and other customer-related topics.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and collaborate to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer support processes and best practices.
• Stay up to date on product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate support.

• Experience or familiarity with the e-commerce or delivery services industry.
   

Work Conditions
 

• Employment Type: Part-time.
• Schedule: Shifts scheduled between 09:00 and 23:00, Monday through Saturday (7−8-hour shifts).
• Monthly Hours: 80 hours per month.
• Compensation:
  • USD 5.17 per hour during the 2-month probation period.
  • USD 5.74 per hour after successfully completing the probation period.
