Senior Flutter Developer / Mobile Product Engineer

Feenko is a mobile product in the personal finance space that helps people track, understand, and control their spending and subscriptions.

We launched from scratch a year ago and already have 100,000+ users, positive unit economics, and rapid growth, with a primary focus on the US market. Backed by a recent partnership with Visa, we are unlocking new opportunities for scaling.

We are building an ambitious product in a highly relevant market. Our goal is to become one of the leading subscription management apps — and mobile is at the heart of that journey.

We are looking for a proactive Senior Flutter Developer to take full ownership of the mobile direction at Feenko. As the primary engineer responsible for our iOS and Android applications, you will lead the mobile ecosystem end-to-end — driving app architecture, feature delivery, release cycles, and analytics integration.

Mobile is the heart of Feenko. Every critical user journey — from activation and subscription management to product experiments — runs through the app. Working directly with the CTO, backend developer, product designer, and growth teams, your work will have a direct, visible impact on core metrics like conversion and retention as we scale from 100,000 users to millions.

This role is ideal for an autonomous engineer who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, values a high level of technical freedom, and is energized by the responsibility of shaping both the code and the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecture & Feature Delivery: Lead mobile architectural choices and ship new product features end-to-end, from initial idea to production.
• Backend Collaboration: Partner closely with the backend team on API design, data flows, and core product logic.
• Growth & Analytics Integrations: Implement and maintain product analytics, attribution frameworks, and web-to-app user flows to support data-driven product decisions.
• Release & Stability Ownership: Manage the mobile release pipeline, including App Store and Google Play releases, and proactively monitor app stability, crashes, and performance.
• UI/UX Fidelity: Maintain the mobile design system in code, ensuring high-quality execution of Figma layouts.
• Product Thinking: Look beyond pure implementation — understand how features affect user metrics and how the mobile experience can drive business growth.
  
  Requirements:
• 4+ years of commercial mobile development experience, with 2+ years specifically in Flutter and Dart.
• Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, and the mobile app lifecycle.
• Experience working with REST APIs and backend-driven mobile products.
• Hands-on experience managing mobile release pipelines, including App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and CI/CD workflows.
• Experience implementing mobile analytics, crash monitoring, and attribution/deep links.
• Product-oriented mindset: You care deeply about UX, user behavior, and data-driven business metrics.
• English at Intermediate+ level.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with subscription-based apps, fintech, or personal finance products, especially paywalls, subscription tracking, or receipt validation.
• Familiarity with native iOS or Android development, using Swift or Kotlin, when custom platform integrations are required.
• Experience working with Figma-based design systems.
• Hands-on experience with product analytics, experimentation, or survey tools, ideally Amplitude.
• Hands-on experience with attribution, deep links, or web-to-app flows, ideally Adjust.
• Understanding of core product metrics such as activation, conversion, retention, churn, and LTV.
• Experience in fast-growing startups or lean, high-velocity product teams.
